Jimmy Hutchinson approaches real estate with an athlete’s mindset. A former SEC Champion football player at Auburn University, he lives by the mantra “opportunities don’t happen, you create them” a quote from entrepreneur Chris Grosser. He’s a firm believer that hard work, preparation and determination earns results. It’s continuously made him a top producer in the Atlanta market, handling over $60 million in sales since 2019.

Experienced at working in the high-volume, fast-paced world of investment real estate and handling international clients, institutional investors and more, he brings a well-honed investor’s eye to his residential buyers and sellers. He’s tuned in to everything from the most desirable property features to a home’s positioning within a neighborhood that will make it most likely to appreciate in value. And as a lifelong Atlantan raised in Marietta, his intimate knowledge of the city and array of contacts are key assets for his clients.

A resident of Brookhaven, Jimmy specializes in north Atlanta neighborhoods anywhere from Buckhead to Buford, though he’ll frequent any section of the city where his clients have interests often with his 6-year-old Goldendoodle at his side. A self-described “people-person,” he’s dedicated to guiding, educating and advocating for his clients, striving for seamless transactions and satisfying experiences.

Outside the office, you’ll often find him at a restaurant or brewery. He’s a foodie, with plenty of recommendations within Atlanta’s dining scene that he loves to share. And yes, he’s still a sports guy though these days he’s more often playing a round of golf with friends rather than punting a football.
